Trained with Kleinwort Benson in London in the mid-1980’s and held positions as managing director and head of investment banking with Standard Chartered, Yuanta Securities, Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong.  Founder of Access Capital Limited.

Extensive experience in advising corporate clients in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Previously worked in Yuanta Securities in Hong Kong and Taiwan in the 1990s and subsequently held positions as director with Kim Eng Capital (Hong Kong) Limited and Altus Capital Limited, Hong Kong.

Tom Li Director, Business Development
B.Sc (Hons.), University of Surrey, England

Over three decades of commercial banking and investment banking experience in Switzerland, Hong Kong and China.  Previously worked in the Standard Chartered Group in Shenzhen and Hong Kong and Dresdner Bank AG in Shanghai.  Joined Access Capital in 2001.
